Job Summary:

IntelliBridge is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to support our contract with a federal agency focused on critical infrastructure protection and secure information sharing with the private sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining on-prem environments, virtual machines, ensuring system stability and security.

Key responsibilities include managing servers, assisting with system upgrades and deployments, and supporting the resolution of issues to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic utility player capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service to improve the mitigation of national security threats.

Responsibilities:

Manage on-premises server environments and virtual machines to ensure system stability and security.

Assist development teams with system upgrades and deployments across various environments.

Collaborate with team members to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure detailed system documentation.

Monitor and address issues to ensure smooth and efficient system performance.

Provide technical assistance and research-based solutions for system-related challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 4 years of experience in Systems Administration.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint.

Experience working within a DevOps framework.

Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.

Highly collaborative, with the ability to engage in discussions, collaborate with team members, and improve results through collective input.

Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results under time constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting system architectural decisions and deployment of new features.

Familiarity with cloud environments.

Experience supporting large-scale partnerships and secure information-sharing initiatives.
