- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Deliver patient-centered care in the med-surg and telemetry units.
- Monitor vital signs and telemetry for changes, ensuring timely interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
- Active Idaho RN license.
- BLS required, ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in Acute/Med-Surg care is preferred but not required.
