  • Providing customer service to residents, responding to concerns, and submitting service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Touring the community and apartment homes to showcase our properties and amenities.
  • Selling and leasing apartment inventory to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assisting with the completion of required application and lease paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supporting marketing efforts as needed, including promoting our properties and services through various channels.
  • Participating in community events and resident retention initiatives to foster a positive and engaging community environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous leasing experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Yardi, OneSite, and BlueMoon, is required.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations is essential.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work is necessary, as well as a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, taking direction when needed and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to coworkers and customers, ensuring a positive and professional work environment.
