Job Summary

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove trash and litter from property grounds
  • Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings
  • Perform basic gardening and weeding tasks
  • Wipe down and clean windows and common furniture
  • Complete general maintenance tasks related to household, building, and grounds repairs
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers and interpret safety and operating manuals
  • Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and company events
  • Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
