Job Title: Trainer

Expion Health is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs that drive employee engagement and enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective virtual training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop customized training programs, courses, and materials based on the needs of the business, utilizing a variety of instructional methods.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess skills gaps and identify training needs across different departments.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive training curricula that align with business goals and based on proven adult learning principles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and adjust content and delivery methods as necessary.
  • Leverage modern learning technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
  • Stay current with trends in training, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Trainer, with at least 1 year focused on instructional design.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering both instructor-led and e-learning training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Proven experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate remote learners effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated strong decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical skills, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual learning experiences.
  • Experience with asynchronous learning tools and strategies to support remote training initiatives.
  • Strong digital literacy and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during virtual training sessions.
