Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst Intermediate Professional Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst Intermediate Professional Billing to join our team at AdventHealth Information Technology. This is a full-time position that requires a comprehensive understanding of system build and implementation, as well as the ability to analyze and understand business problems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clinicians and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain Epic and other associated systems.
- Utilize knowledge of clinical and business practice, computer science, and information technology to manage data and determine components that are suitable to build while maintaining alignment with professional standards of practice.
- Coordinate with physicians and end users in the analysis and documentation of workflows, performing gap analysis, identifying needed process changes, and developing future workflows during the implementation of new solutions or functionality.
- Communicate with all levels of hospital leadership, clinicians, physicians, and ancillary department staff to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Epic systems.
- College Degree (AS, Diploma, B.A., B.S. or commensurate experience) in a field of study such as business, IS, or a healthcare-related field.
- Yearly participation in ongoing education either formal or through conferences, active professional organization participation, or journal presentations.
- 1 or more years experience developing training materials and documenting workflow design.
- Maintenance of current licensure or certification related to area of specialty (OT, OT, SLP, RN, RPH, RT, AART, AHIMA, HFMA, NAHAM, etc.).
- Resolute Hospital Billing Administration certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of completing classes.
