- Maintain accurate project logs, reports, and records in our database.
- Assist in problem-solving and de-escalation of distress situations.
- Provide education and support to service recipients throughout their recovery journey.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to support our clients.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of mental health and substance abuse recovery.
- Active certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist required.
- Fluent Spanish language skills required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
