Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to community response calls and provide immediate interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project logs, reports, and records in our database.
  • Assist in problem-solving and de-escalation of distress situations.
  • Provide education and support to service recipients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to support our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of mental health and substance abuse recovery.
  • Active certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist required.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
