Medical Account Relationship Specialist

At Libra Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Account Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing customers, connecting with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities among existing customers, and serving as the point of contact for customer service-related inquiries.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a growing company that is dedicated to making healthcare more accessible. As a Medical Account Relationship Specialist, you will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Operations and Business Development, to improve the full customer experience and grow revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field, and at least 2 years of experience working with medical providers and attorneys. You should also have experience using Salesforce or CRM software and be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Learn about our customers' requirements and their business environment to understand and respond to their needs.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS: Work with Operations and Business Development to identify trends and opportunities within our markets.
- DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS: Identify areas for revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
- SERVE AS POINT OF CONTACT: Be the primary point of contact for all customers, especially medical providers, for account relationship matters.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience working with medical providers and attorneys
- Experience using Salesforce or CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
