Job Summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a motivated and experienced Security Officer II to join our team. As a Security Officer II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Patrol Kohler buildings, grounds, and sites to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Conduct regular checks of security equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred.
  • Law enforcement, industrial security, or military police experience preferred.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
