Key Responsibilities- Perform commissioning and retro-commissioning tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Prepare templates, documentation, and calculations for testing of systems, including HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Perform functional testing of complex building systems for optimization, including air flow visualization and HEPA filter testing.
- Interact with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist with facility evaluation and engineering studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex MEP systems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with Air Flow Visualization studies to optimize system performance.
- Perform HEPA Filter testing to ensure air quality standards are met.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Trade or Vocational school preferred.
- 1 year or more of related industry experience preferred (Trade school or experience counts as equivalent).
- General understanding of HVAC system concepts and associated controls systems.
- Adept at working on fast-paced projects.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to seek industry certifications.
- Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time as needed (home most weekends).
- Competitive Pay commensurate with experience.
- $15 a day bonus for every night traveling.
