We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Childcare Center Coordinator to join our team at Chrichelle's Childcare LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments and meetings
  • Design an efficient office layout
  • Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures
  • Pay and record invoices
  • Accurately maintain the general office budget
  • Send forms to parents and doctors
  • Maintain confidentiality for our students and staff
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services field
  • Childcare experience
  • Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
