Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Services Representative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Patients: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Check-in and Registration: Assist patients with check-in and registration, collecting necessary information and ensuring accurate records.
  • Insurance and Billing: Collect and verify patient insurance information, as well as process payments and handle billing inquiries.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
