Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily tasks, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Help residents with mobility and transportation needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition or status
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
