Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and inspect subcontractors to ensure they are performing work safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
  • Design Management: Manage the design development process, ensuring effective interfaces between design and construction teams.
  • Quality Management: Establish and maintain quality standards, monitor work practices, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Schedule Development: Develop, communicate, and follow schedules and timelines, tracking important information to maintain schedule adherence.
  • Construction Planning: Apply building and construction knowledge to prepare detailed construction sequence plans, including material, equipment, and labor requirements.
  • Team Supervision: Provide supervision and on-the-job training for lower-level engineers.
  • Contract Compliance: Develop a complete understanding of contract plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Inspect field conditions, identify problems, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting: Create reports on monthly material costs and inventory.
