LPN Residency Program at Northside Hospital

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our hospital.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
* Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
* Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.
* Meet all Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) personnel qualifications and responsibilities requirements for individuals prior to directing and/or performing non-waived point of care testing.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
* Must possess a verified nursing degree from an accredited School of Nursing within 120 days of the residency start date, and must be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN exam or have already received a passing score.
* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a specialty area.
