Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team at CTR Management Group LLC in Germantown, MD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a multi-person project/task team located at the U.S. Department of Energy facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor grant applications, ensuring timely receipt and distribution for evaluation.
  • Communicate effectively with Technical Managers and reviewers to ensure information is received on schedule.
  • Process high volumes of electronic data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and general office duties.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • Proven computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Superior people skills with demonstrated ability to create positive rapport with stakeholders.
Work Environment

The Project Assistant will work in an indoor setting with a controlled temperate environment. The noise level may be moderate to loud at times.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 90% of the time.
  • Occasional movement to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
