Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, using gait belts and adaptive equipment as necessary.
- Encourage resident participation in community and in-facility activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including injuries, illnesses, or concerns.
