Responsibilities:
As a Senior Partner, you will be tasked with nurturing and expanding Gartner Consulting's relationships with a designated portfolio of clients. You will provide high-level strategic advice on both overarching and tactical issues, demonstrating how technology can facilitate a variety of business outcomes. Collaboration with Expert Partners and other team members will be essential to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a respected management consultancy, focusing on project delivery and sales
- A strong history of leading teams and fostering high-performance groups that utilize technology to meet the critical needs of public sector clients
- Experience engaging with state and local government entities
- Familiarity with a range of IT solutions
- Ability to inspire and unite professionals from diverse backgrounds towards shared objectives
- Commitment to team success, with a readiness to provide constructive feedback when necessary
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills, adapting Gartner methodologies to address clients' pressing challenges
- Capability to manage multiple client priorities effectively
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred
