Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of a multi-family property, including financial management, customer service, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead and manage a team of property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and administrative assistants.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and tax credit requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
