Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate with team members, senior management, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Mentor and support less experienced project managers and administrative staff to cultivate a learning environment.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met with care and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on complex capital projects in 24/7 operational facilities.
  • Expertise in project and construction management, with knowledge of accounting, budgeting, funding, asset management, and resource planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with service providers and stakeholders.
  • PMP certification and proficiency with SharePoint, Enterprise Projects, and Microsoft Office 365.
