- Consistently engage with the existing customer base to renew contracts and guarantee revenue over a term.
- Perform customer support tasks to ensure delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain a strong community presence through local events and networking.
- Perform ROI assessments for profitability and submit for approval.
- Work with Sales Engineers, Operations, Construction, and IP Engineering to determine solutions for commercial customer opportunities.
- Ensure product pricing reflects corporate pricing structures.
- Develop and maintain sales plans.
- Develop knowledge of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), networking, consultation, negotiation, and sales skills through completion of required training programs.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience required.
- 1 year or more sales experience of telephony, data, and video systems preferred.
- Ability to sell based on cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
