Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role involves responding to diverse membership and provider inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
