Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing service team to achieve targeted goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and improve overall dealership performance
- Manage and control service department expenses, including labor, parts, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, train, and develop service advisors and technicians to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Service Manager in a dealership environment
