Your RoleAs a Junior Sales Associate at MLM Home Improvement, you will collaborate with and learn from top professionals in the roofing sector.
You will receive training in:
- Effective door-to-door sales communication techniques
- Educating potential customers about our offerings
- Identifying storm damage
- Converting leads into sales
The base salary for this position is $34,000 per year, with the potential for unlimited commissions.
Our highest-achieving Junior Sales Associates earn over $75,000 annually.

In this role, you will:
- Promote MLM's products and services, generating interest in our custom home solutions
- Engage in door-to-door sales activities
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
No prior sales or home improvement experience is required. All you need is a willingness to learn, and we will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed.
