Financial Operations Manager

Deputy Controller Responsibilities:
* Provides expert financial guidance to support business growth and strategic planning.
* Analyzes financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develops and implements financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
* Oversees cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance metrics to inform business decisions.
* Manages general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
* Evaluates and analyzes financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Deputy Controller Qualifications:
* 4+ Years of relevant accounting experience with Bachelor's Degree
* CFA Certification or CPA Candidate in process of obtaining certification
* Experience in Government Accounting is strongly preferred
