Division:
Join the Alaska Fracture and Orthopedic Clinic, a department of Medical Network of Alaska, as we strive to be the leader in advancing quality bone, joint, spine, and muscle care and technology. Our goal is to provide superior access, service, and care to our patients and their families.

Schedule:
We offer a variety of shifts, including 10 hour and 8 hour shifts, with opportunities for on-call and weekend work. This allows us to provide flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our team members.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support orthopedic care or work in our Urgent Care Clinic. You will assist the surgeon in clinic and hospital rounds, and work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) License in the state of Alaska. Orthopedic and surgical experience is preferred, as is Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. You will also need to reside in or near Anchorage, Alaska, and have general knowledge of EMR software and Outlook Programs. Additionally, you will need to be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and be able to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. You will also need to be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
