Compensation and Benefits
As a Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist with Delta Physician Placement, you will have a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary range of $256,313.89 to $358,839.44, with opportunities for annual increases based on performance. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance of up to $30,000, and a retention bonus of 10% of your annual salary at the 2-year mark. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401K with employer contribution, disability, and 457(b) plans.

Responsibilities and Facility Details
As a Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist, you will provide consultation and liaison services in a general medical hospital setting, working with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to adults, adolescents, and children. You will have 24/7 coverage by master's level clinicians and will be responsible for seeing patients in a shared call coverage arrangement. You will not be required to work in a Psych ED or IP Unit.

Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible for this position, you must be a BC Psychiatrist or have a BE within three years of residency. Experience in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry is required.
