Position: Front Desk Representative

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Welcome and assist fitness center members and visitors
  • Facilitate the enrollment of new members and conduct facility tours
  • Respond to inquiries through various communication channels
  • Address feedback and concerns with professionalism
  • Support the cleanliness and upkeep of the fitness facility
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and daily operations
  • Promote wellness initiatives and suggest incentive programs
  • Adhere to emergency procedures when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including overnight shifts
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
