Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Developmental Pathways Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client caseloads, providing supervision, and collaborating with Clinical Supervisors to deliver high-quality ABA clinical interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services and ensure seamless delivery of client programs.
  • Work closely with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans to improve behavior and quality of life.
  • Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments, including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc.
  • Create individualized programming for clients and work closely with Behavior Therapists to deliver programming.
  • Manage contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes and ensure timely submission of progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs, including progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Responsible for data management and client communications, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, and Therapists) and provide ongoing supervision meetings to support and guide assigned staff.
  • Provide supervision hours for Registered Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates.
Requirements
  • Must speak Spanish fluently or as a native language.
  • Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have completed the 4 ABA postgraduate courses required by the BACB (Behavioral Analyst Certification Board) - Ethical and Professional Conduct, Concepts and Principles of Behavior Analysis, Research Methods in Behavior Analysis, and Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
