Job Description and Duties

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who values a positive and empowering work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

The Employment Program Manager will be responsible for monitoring, overseeing, planning, and influencing a positive working environment, as well as organizing Wagner-Peyser programs within one unit of the Orange County Cluster team.

As a member of the Orange County management team, the Employment Program Manager will participate in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, and standards applicable in the support of the Workforce Innovative Opportunity Act.

This position requires local in-person workload, though some telework may be available. The office follows the recommended safety guidance from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Position exists in Brea and may include a monthly $250 geographic recruitment and retention pay differential.

Working Conditions

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.

Travel and occasional overnight travel is required. Some outdoor events attendance is required. Occasional evenings and Saturdays are required.
