Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive patient care excellence. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator for PMP access.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
