Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused House Attendant to join our team. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's public areas and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including buffing marble floors and shampooing carpets.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms, such as express checkout and newspapers.
  • Assist with luggage and handle lost and found items.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Working Conditions: Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
