Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Documentation Specialist with expertise in technical learning design.

This role will be pivotal in creating, refining, and maintaining clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for processes, procedures, and workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and FAQs.
  • Ensure documentation meets organizational standards for clarity, accuracy, and usability.
Key Skills
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to create visual aids using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning content creation tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of technical design, instructional design principles, or adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or working within development environments.
  • Basic understanding of coding or technical environments (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
