Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Part-time Registered Dietitian (18 hours a week, with Flexible schedule) at one of our long-term care facilities. As a key member of our nutrition care team, you will be responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs, developing individualized meal plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Evaluate and monitor residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Provide education and counseling on nutrition and healthy eating habits to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well-being of residents.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
