About the Position:

  • Assess and evaluate patient nutritional status, using documented medical information and established nutritional standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
  • Design and deliver educational programs for patients, families, and staff, promoting evidence-based practice and health promotion.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in our services.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families, fostering open dialogue and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research findings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Registered Dietitian certification or licensure in relevant jurisdiction.
