Technical Delivery Manager V Opportunity

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager V to join our team. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional software projects, driving for results and facilitating ceremonies.
  • Build high-performing teams and drive technical delivery.
  • Develop and execute project plans, partnering with dependent teams.
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies on large-scale, technically complex projects.
  • Play the Scrum Master role, ensuring Scrum principles are applied.
  • Communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Utilize servant leadership, facilitation, and situational awareness to drive project success.
  • Experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, and Agile Games.
  • Software product development experience and process change management techniques.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master role.
  • Thorough understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with software product development and process change management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
