Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Red Ventures. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technical projects and driving the implementation of new strategic products across multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technical projects.
  • Work closely with Directors of Engineering, Creative, and Product to coordinate technical development efforts, track project progress, and manage operational implementation processes.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make informed decisions to maximize business benefits.
  • Discover and document true project requirements, recommend alternative technical approaches, and work with engineering and product leadership to determine project scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, provide project updates, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, prioritize tasks with engineering teams and stakeholders, and assess project feasibility.
  • Set and manage expectations around project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring exceptional communication and on-time delivery.
  • Act as Scrum Master/Agile Coach for teams, promoting agile methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use sound judgment and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of software development processes, including development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Technical background in software development or data infrastructure, with experience managing efforts implementing and maintaining web and API standards.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects with varying stakeholders, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master Certification, or equivalent work experience.
