  • Work closely with Directors of Engineering, Creative, and Product to coordinate technical development efforts, track project progress, and manage operational implementation.
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks, provide escalation management, and make informed decisions to maximize business benefits.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Act as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach for teams, promoting agile methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Technical background in software development or data infrastructure, with experience managing efforts implementing and maintaining web and API standards.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects, with varying stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master Certification, or equivalent work experience.
