About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop test plans and procedures, conduct testing, process and analyze data, and communicate the results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify hardware and software capabilities on a tactical system to evaluate functionality and ensure compliance with system level requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • This position is onsite in Andover, MA, with 10% travel expected to support test events.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with system integration and/or verification.
  • Experience with test execution and/or test reporting.
  • Experience with DOORS.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification.
  • Experience working with customers to plan and execute program test activities.
  • Experience supporting test events with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systems.

Relocation assistance is available for this role. We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $163,000, depending on experience.
