Job Summary

The individual in this position will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality food items from our Deli menu, adhering to Parkhurst Culinary Gold standards, recipes, and production protocols while maintaining strict food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare all Deli items to order in a timely manner.
  2. Set up the service line for operation as directed by the Executive Chef or Management, ensuring it is always garnished appropriately.
  3. Assess the quality of food items to ensure they meet taste, appearance, and temperature standards, reporting any issues to the Executive Chef or Management.
  4. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, following our Hospitality Imperatives.
  5. Maintain open communication with management regarding necessary products and supplies.
  6. Adhere to the uniform dress code and uphold proper personal hygiene standards.
  7. Support fellow team members whenever possible.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.

  • Standing and/or walking for 100% of the time.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs.

The compensation for this position is $15.25 per hour, with a potential increase after a specified period.
