We are currently looking for a skilled Mow Crew Supervisor to oversee our operations in the Berkshires/Pittsfield area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role requires hands-on leadership. Supervise a team in executing precise mowing tasks while adhering to a designated schedule.
- Operate a vehicle equipped with a trailer to transport the crew and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with various commercial mowing machinery, including mowers and trimmers, and perform minor maintenance as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We seek individuals who are diligent, enjoy outdoor work, and aspire to build a career in landscape maintenance.
- Must be adaptable to various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Availability to work on Saturdays during peak seasons as required by workload and weather conditions.
- Ability to maintain motivation and efficiency in work tasks.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Capability to assist with additional landscaping duties, including horticultural and fine gardening tasks.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Hourly wage up to $27.00, based on experience and qualifications.
