Job Summary

The Network Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the Piedmont Healthcare computer network. This includes performing basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, as well as documenting all network hardware, software, and communication links. The successful candidate will also perform basic diagnosis, resolution, and documentation of hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training and support where required.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Document all network hardware, software, and communication links
- Perform basic diagnosis, resolution, and documentation of hardware and software network problems
- Provide end-user training and support where required

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Two years of work experience including hands-on knowledge of the installation, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco networking equipment
- Cisco Certified Network Analyst (CCNA) certification preferred
