Provado Mobile Health operates an On-Demand Platform dedicated to Community Health and Transportation Services. Our extensive Mobile Health Network connects professional and private transportation providers to a diverse community of members enrolled in select health plans, utilizing your own vehicle.

Position Summary:

We are in search of dependable, courteous, and responsible individuals to serve as independent Mobile Care Providers. Your role will involve transporting members of select health plans to and from their essential dialysis appointments using your own vehicle.

Often likened to a healthcare transportation service, this position does not require any medical assistance during transit – just a commitment to reliable and punctual service. As independent contractors, Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers have the flexibility to choose their working hours and earn according to their availability.

Qualifications

General Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possess a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (or larger) in excellent cosmetic and operational condition
  • Have a clean Criminal Background History, free of felonies and violent or sexual offenses within the past 7 years
  • Maintain a good Driving Record with no more than one (1) moving violation or accident in the last 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years
  • Current CPR/First-Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Successfully complete a Drug Screening
  • Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to acquire one)
  • Available to be on call from 4:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Willing to drive members up to 200 miles away

Network Onboarding Requirements:

  • Complete and pass CTAA's Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Basic online training course (2-3 hours; funded by Provado Mobile Health)
  • Complete and pass NSC's Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours; funded by Provado Mobile Health)

We require drivers to be available on call from 4:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

We offer standing-order scheduled trips with regular recurring appointments.

Drivers can earn competitive compensation plus weekly payments, along with documentation to claim a $.56/mile tax credit at the end of the year.
