This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen work area, including tableware, pots and pans, utensils, and surfaces. The successful candidate will assist with food tray preparation, clean and wash dishes by hand or machine, and maintain the sanitation of the dishroom and pot sink work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food tray preparation during meal service hours.
  • Clean and wash dishes by hand or machine, including trays, silverware, and pots and pans for morning, lunch, and dinner meals.
  • Ensure the sanitation of the kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines, mopping the floor, and taking garbage to the dumpster.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dishroom and pot sink work areas.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
