Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter - Level 1 to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. in Woodinville, Washington. As a key member of our Engineered Products Division, you will be responsible for preparing and painting tubular products to customer engineering and specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and paint aircraft components to planning, drawing, and specification requirements
  • Coordinate and prioritize process and job sequences to meet production schedule requirements
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and internal procedures
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and paint booth in compliance with safety and environmental health standards
  • Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities and training as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience performing painting operations in an aerospace production environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in preparation and application of aerospace specialty finishes
  • Knowledgeable about applicable BQMS procedures, NADCAP and AS9100 audit standards
  • Ability to read, interpret, and comply with customer drawings and specification requirements
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and lead others by example
