We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team at 1-Tom-Plumber Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of work quality in plumbing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
  • Ability to answer the phone quickly
  • Perform excellent customer service
  • Educate customer on work being performed
  • Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
  • Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer's plumbing emergencies

Compensation:

  • Salary plus bonuses - can achieve between $90,000 and $130,000
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance

  • 7 days of PTO
  • Simple IRA- with 3% employer match
  • Commute with Company Vehicle
