Sales and Marketing Coordinator

As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes quality craftsmanship and delivering value-packed new homes to customers. Your key responsibilities will include following established administrative procedures, gaining an understanding of new home prices and release of home sites, coordinating set up of loan applications, and monitoring the loan process. Additionally, you will complete monthly competitive studies, maintain upkeep of Sales Center, Model homes, and Production Inventory homes, demonstrate homes and home sites directly to potential buyers, and communicate website updates to Marketing staff. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 per year.
