As a Product Specialist at Clever Devices Ltd., you will play a vital role in driving business growth and facilitating the Agile Development Process for current and potential new projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide pre-sales services, including system engineering, requirements development, user interface design, technical product presentations, training, troubleshooting, and technical account management.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist Product Managers in leading Agile teams using created Epics and Stories
  • Interface with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Training, Project Management, and Systems Engineering to advocate for features and functionality enhancements
  • Support technical marketing initiatives for customer application design and integration
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical overviews at industry trade shows and on-site customer opportunities
  • Contribute to business plans, market penetration strategies, and order forecasts in assigned product lines
  • Monitor customer requirements for existing and future products
  • Analyze and resolve product issues at customer sites as part of the support escalation path
  • Research competitor pricing and positioning of our products
  • Explore vendor offerings and technology feasibility for solutions
  • Prepare and present demonstrations of company products
  • Identify and prepare products for customer demonstrations
  • Evaluate competitor systems/products for functionality accuracy
  • Perform in-house product testing and evaluation
  • Install and upgrade software/hardware at client facilities
  • Analyze quantitative data to inform real-world events
  • Prepare materials for trade shows
  • Provide technical support to the sales team
  • Develop product specifications
  • Travel to customer facilities for pre- and post-sales support
  • Follow up on specific applications with technical support
