Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Intermountain Health St. Vincent Regional Hospital is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of critically ill newborns. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and the application of evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the NICU.
  • Nursing Process: Utilize the nursing process through technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, and coordination with other healthcare team members.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
  • Ability to obtain a BSN within four years of hire, unless you have at least 15 years of proven, continuous acute care RN experience.
  • Current RN license to practice in Montana.
  • Current BLS certification.
Salary and Benefits

Our hourly rate for this position is $35.70-$50.73, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
