Job Overview
    As a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care Unit at Intermountain Health, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to join our unit, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
    Your primary role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans using evidence-based practices and collaborative approaches with other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include:
    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' psychological and physical needs
    • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
    • Provide education to patients and their families on health promotion and disease management
    • Collaborate with LPNs and CNAs to oversee patient care delivery

Requirements
    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited program, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 4 years
    • A current Colorado RN license
    • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval
    • One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting, preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
